Do you order dessert whenever you go out for dinner?
Being a pastry chef I have came to realization that most of the customers that has visited the restaurants I have worked in don’t normally order desserts .we also saw that restaurants dessert menu are typically very simple , some of the most popular desserts that are normally found on their menus are cheese cake , chocolate cake, and ice cream We ask the question why with the evolution of desserts and pastries there isn’t more people eating desserts and why are most restaurant menus so simple.
